For over three decades, we have been working with the most vulnerable communities across the Marathwada region of Maharashtra to create lasting and sustainable change. Our integrated development approach focuses on women’s empowerment, child protection, health and nutrition, sustainable agriculture, water conservation, natural resource management, education, and resilient livelihoods.
Today, our programmes reach over 43,000 families and more than 216,000 people across 368 villages in three districts, helping communities overcome poverty, inequality, climate challenges, and social injustice.
Our work has transformed the lives of thousands of women, children, and farming families. We have improved maternal and child health, enabled farmers to adopt sustainable agriculture, restored degraded natural resources, strengthened women’s economic independence through Self-Help Groups and micro-enterprises, brought thousands of children back to school, prevented child marriages, and created community-led movements for gender equality and child protection.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: when communities are empowered with knowledge, opportunities, and collective action, they become capable of building a future that is healthy, equitable, resilient, and sustainable.
Together with communities, governments, institutions, and development partners, we are creating lasting change—one village, one family, and one life at a time.
